FAQ

What profit margin should I expect from my Squeeze franchise?
Many factors can influence the overall profitability of your Squeeze franchise, including:

  • Store Location
  • Time and energy you are willing to invest
  • Your management skills
  • Economic conditions in your area
  • Marketing efforts

You can rely on Squeeze company experts and fellow franchise operators for advice on all of these categories - so don't be afraid to ask questions. And remember - the more effort you put into your franchise, the more satisfaction you'll receive.

What do my national marketing fees pay for?
Your national marketing fee (1% of your gross sales) is used to fund our ongoing nationwide marketing and advertising efforts as well as the implementation of seasonal campaigns, store artwork and brochures, product development, and public relations. These efforts create visibility in the mind of your customers and prospective customers through:

  • Expert assistance in creating a marketing and advertising plan tailored to your franchise
  • Quality promotional materials for your franchise - including menus, brochures, and point-of -purchase displays
  • News releases targeted at media - both nationally and in your local area
  • Demographic research to help you identify and contact your target market

What do I get for my royalty fees?
Your royalty fee (6.25% of your gross sales) gives you the legal right to use the name Squeeze in advertisement and signage, as well as all company logos and trademarks. It also entitles you to:

  • Relationships with our proven reliable vendors
  • Volume buying power
  • Expert training to help start and build your business, including manuals and updates
  • Support once your franchise is operational
  • Ideas for promotion and marketing
  • Streamlined procedures for accounting and reporting
  • Proprietary company recipes

How will Squeeze help me start my franchise?
The key to success in the franchise business is "location, location, location." Our experts will help you select a location that meets our requirements and provides you with every advantage possible. We'll also help you with important startup aspects including:

  • Setting up vendor accounts and ordering supplies
  • Designing a store that works in the space you have
  • Finding a good general contractor to build your store
  • Quality equipment, fixtures, and signage
  • Reviewing your lease
  • Grand Opening of the store

Is a background in restaurant management required for a Squeeze franchise?
Not at all! Although food service and restaurant experience is very helpful, basic business and social skills are whatÕs really essential. Our thorough training program will provide the knowledge you need - as well as hands-on experience. All you need is a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Will Squeeze provide me with training?
From the moment we approve your Squeeze franchise application, we are pledged to providing you with all the tools you need to succeed. You'll come to our corporate headquarters for intensive training. Our experts will show and tell you everything you need to know to get your franchise up and running - from handling vendors and employees to bookkeeping to what makes our proprietary recipes so delicious. Then you'll put your training to work hands- on in a local Squeeze franchise store. Once you're done, you'll have all the knowledge you need to get started. And if you have any questions at any time, our staff will be glad to answer them.
